Description: Discovering I'm an empath has been something that has entirely changed my world recently. After spending most of my life battling burn-out and low mental health, this self-discovery finally opened my eyes to the truth - I simply needed different forms of self-care to the kinds I was already practicing. I was never filling my own cup, and so I was often merely existing, barely functioning. I decided to take the time to make this video in case it resonated with anyone feeling the same way.
