Here's the step by step: 1) Gather all the hair to put into a low pony 2) Wrap a hair elastic around the hair once, and on the second wrap around, only go half way down the hair to form a bubble bun 3) Wrap the remaining hair around the bun to hide the elastic, then use a bobby pin to secure it 4) Take out some sections to frame the face and refresh if needed!
