Channel Title: Blueberry Sage Channel Description: In the post-apocalyptic future, plants have been engineered to grow in the toxic environment outside of the bunkers, but people must protect themselves from the poisons in the air. I’m Blueberry Sage the gardener for my bunker. It's my job to encase myself in a protective layer of latex and venture out into the world to tend my garden and grow food for the others. Over the years, I’ve really come to enjoy…even crave…the peace and solitude that comes from spending all day sealed away inside my gasmask—the ever-present click of the valves in my ears while I work the land without any part of myself exposed to the world outside. I’ve sort of come to think of myself as a drone, a mindless latex automaton, carrying out my assigned tasks with careful precision, controlled by some unseen force. It's a comforting fantasy, and one that I think I am slowly succumbing to.... Over the years, I’ve really come to enjoy…even crave…the peace and solitude that comes from spending all day sealed away inside my gasmask—the ever-present click of the valves in my ears while I work the land without any part of myself exposed to the world outside.
