Caroline has a solution: Dump soup. Why? "Because I just dump stuff in" The recipe is really reliant on what you have in your fridge, but the general idea is to throw everything in there. We have pancetta (you can use bacon/ham to add smokiness if you have it), a can of garbanzo beans, mirepoix, tomato, some herbs, and more. Sauté the base (pancetta and mirepoix), slowly add more vegetables and herbs, pour over some chicken broth (or veggie broth, your call), add your can of beans, cook for about 20 minutes, feel for garbanzo smushiness... and enjoy!
