This is an introductory video and there are many smaller nerves that I did not include, especially in the brachial and sacral plexi. I hope this serves as a smooth introduction to the topic, especially for students who are just starting out in learning anatomy. </video> <video> Introduction to the Nervous System - The Central Nervous System Description: This video covers the major structures of the brain and brainstem. Since this is an introduction video, we will be focusing on major structures and not each individual gyrus and sulcus. I hope this can serve as a smooth introduction to the topic, especially for students who are just starting out in learning anatomy. </video> <video> Introduction to the Cardiovascular System II - Coronary Arteries and Cardiac Veins Description: This short video is intended as an introduction to the vessels of the heart that supply it with blood, just as it supplies blood to the rest of the body. We aren't going into all the details here but I hope it sets the stage for further learning. One thing to note, the terminology applied to some coronary arteries is changing and the posterior descending artery has been called the posterior interventricular (I use this term in the first part of the video) but has more recently been renamed the inferior interventricular artery (a term I use in the latter part of the video). This reflects a more accurate understanding of the anatomy of the heart and helps in navigating probes through the coronary arteries to find the best place to deal with coronary artery disease. </video> <video> Introduction to Muscles of the Head, Neck, Thorax, Abdomen, and Pelvis Description: This video covers the major muscle groups of the face and torso.
