Drive safe everyone and train on racetracks first! -- We have said a lot about the first BMW M3 Touring. You can find two more videos on our YouTube channel and a detailed test on the blog (CZ only). The modernized 2025 version brings new lights and interior. These are the visible changes. However, more important for us is the new tuning of the engine, transmission and chassis. This station wagon drives unrivaled well and it is a big difference compared to the older version. We love the engine power and carbon-ceramic brakes, we enjoy the speed of the automatic transmission and the traction of the all-wheel drive. We believe that our video shows clearly enough how this car performs on country roads. Great work BMW, this is what the M division should have always been about! </video> <video> Toyota GR Yaris 2024 AT - Still the best mini hothatch? Description: ⚠️ The roads are always guarded, we never drive in an open traffic! Drive safe everyone and train on racetracks first! -- We have completed the first test drives with the updated GR Yaris. The new car is faster and more accurate. Huge difference is the optional automatic transmission, which works great. It offers new car control options and doesn't spoil the fun. We are happy that there is still a choice of manual transmission though, which will probably be a more interesting option for a majority of people. There are also new options for setting the driving modes and map of the engine, power steering and the all-wheel drive. Unfortunately, we feel that the new all-wheel drive software is set a little more neutral. Oversteer slides are no longer so controllable and corner exits are a bit understeer-y. But these are our first experiences. For the final conclusion, we will wait until we test the car in full use on snow and gravel! </video> <video> BMW XM Label - The Most Powerful BMW M Model Ever Made! Drive safe everyone and train on racetracks first! -- With a system output of 550 kW (748 hp) and 1000 Nm, the BMW XM Label is the most powerful BMW M model ever made. The improvement over the standard XM is noticeable immediately. Power modulation is much more predictable and the drive smoother. Exiting corners and acceleration is just insane. Handling at the limit is sensational for this class of car and yes, we can even say it's quite fun to drive! The powerful braking system, body stiffness and chassis capabilities command respect. We would love to see this drive train in some supersport car from BMW, one can hope! :) </video> <video> Subaru BRZ - The Perfect Suspension Setup? Description: ⚠️ The roads are always guarded, we never drive in an open traffic! Drive safe everyone and train on racetracks first! -- Many people look for ways to improve their new Subaru BRZ or Toyota GR86. Our recipe is rather simple. 1. Set the alignment correctly 2. Find the right road or race track 3. Invest in yourself and learn to drive :) The BRZ in this video is completely stock. We only use our custom alignment settings and Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 tires. The car runs fantastic and after 15k km at full throttle we have not noticed any serious mechanical problems. </video> <video> Stock M2 vs. Modded M4 Competition - Lap diff only 4s! Description: The new BMW M2 with a manual is not very successful, probably due to its rather controversial design and high weight point. It is slowly starting to grow on us though! What's more, even with a manual transmission, this car is quite fast on the track. It has sensational balance and very durable brakes. We drove it against modded BMW M4 Competition with rear-wheel drive, KW Suspension V4 Clubsport and Yokohama Advan AD052 tires. It was of course more capable and the lap time difference came down to 4 seconds. With these basic modifications, the M4 can be as fast as the Porsche 992 GT3, at least on this track. </video> <video> GR Meet #4 at Most Racetrack 2024 Description: Check out video of one of our events at racetrack Most, this was our fourth annual JDM Meet! 🇯🇵 🏁 -- 🇨🇿 Čas běží velmi rychle. Již čtvrtý ročník GR Meet byl ve znamení modernizovaného modelu GR Yaris. S tímto skvělým sportovním hatchbackem jsme dělali taxi jízdy, abychom předvedli schopnosti vylepšené techniky a hlavně úplně nové automatické převodovky. Druhým autem pro taxi jízdy byl Lexus RX 500h s F SPORT paketem. První hybridní Lexus s přeplňovaným motorem. SUV na závodním okruhu? Ano tato sportovně laděná verze nás překvapila hlavně schopnostmi podvozku a brzd. Skvělá byla také účast! Dorazilo více než padesát sportovních vozů Toyota a Lexus. Nechyběly ani legendární a pro evropský trh vzácné modely, jako původní Supra nebo novinka GR Corolla. Už teď se těšíme na další ročník a jsme v očekávání co vše přinese. Drive safe everyone and train on racetracks first! -- Finetuning a car setup for demanding country roads is not an easy task. The suspension must be on the softer side but sufficiently stable. Sigma Motor did it perfectly, also thanks to its low weight. The car hardly rolls but at the same time it filters bumps perfectly. Steering and brakes are completely without assistants, carbon shell seats and solid tubular frame give the driver a ton of information. Thanks to this, the ride is predictable and fun. In addition, you don't need very high speeds for a real driving experience because the open body offers a completely different connection with the surroundings than a classic car. </video> <video> Morgan Plus Four, Morgan Super 3, Caterham Seven 340S - Which is Better? 👀 Description: Light cars from Britain have their own magic. They are special and unique. Driving pleasure and entertainment comes first and style comes second. Nothing else matters that much. But Morgan's approach is different from Caterham's. The main difference is innovation and the technology used. In particular, the Seven model from Caterham has been out there for almost 50 years without major changes. Yes, it uses truly emotional Ford engines and sensational Bilstein shock absorbers. The build quality has also improved, but otherwise the chassis and tubular frame are almost without improvement. But it doesn't have to be a negative. The car drives really sensationally and has a great old school feeling. On the contrary, despite the retro design, the Morgan is a pretty modern car. It uses aluminum construction instead of the original wooden one and perfect technology from BMW. The ride is also more refined but a bit less emotional. Both in the luxurious Plus Four and the stylish Super 3. However, both cars can be surprisingly fast! Soon you will hear a lot more about these light cars on our channels! Stay tuned! </video> <video> Caterham Seven 340R - The perfect spec for twisty roads? Description: This test Seven 340 was a sensational spec. The optional R pack designed for the race track includes a 5-speed manual gearbox, LSD, MOMO steering wheel, sport suspension pack, Avon ZZS tires and much more. Don't worry that it states 'track focused' tuning. This car works really great even on a demanding road with a poor surface. It is gentle, agile, predictable and on the soft side. It drives really well and with ease. Finding the limit is not difficult but at the same time it is a lot of fun to just drive slowly and enjoy the scenery. We definitely recommend the optional Clubsport protective frame. It gives a sense of security and, in combination with the split glass, the wind does not blow too much into the interior, even at high speed. In our opinion this is a great Caterham for both novice as well as experienced drivers. </video> <video> Subaru BRZ STI - Last Drift of 2024 Description: We ended our trackday season with free Christmas event for all Subaru owners. Drive safe everyone and train on racetracks first! -- The new Mustang GT has brought us immense joy. Not only does it look fantastic, but it also drives exceptionally well. In fact, in many ways, it is better and more emotional than its European competitors. The engine and chassis tuning, in particular, are truly top-notch. The interior is definitely not perfect, but this car offers great value for its price. So, the new Mustang GT or the BMW M2? That’s a tough question. Each of these cars has its own unique character. The BMW M2 is sharper, more precise, and simply better on smooth, high-quality asphalt. The Mustang GT is slower but more capable on challenging roads. Thanks to its naturally aspirated V8 engine, it also has a lot more character! And yes, it drifts. :) </video> <video> BMW M2 CS - This car was built for Nürburgring! Description: The BMW M2 CS is the most ultimate version of the F87 generation. In addition this particular specimen received a number of functional upgrades. It actually ended up being more expensive than the factory M2 CS Racing from BMW Motorsport. Do these upgrades then really make sense? Despite the fact that this car is really fast, we are leaning towards resounding no! Description: We all know it... the GR Yaris is not a track car. However, even on the racetrack, this little hatch is quite fast. This particular car had pretty worn Continental SportContact 5 tires. Despite that the laptime on Autodrom Most circuit was comparable to the first version of the GR Yaris on the more powerful Michelin PS4 S tires. This leads us to believe that same conditions and same tires would create a slight favor to the new model. This corresponds to the small increase in power from the three-cylinder, a relatively quick-shifting automatic transmission and a stiffer chassis tuning, especially in the front. So what about fun..? Well, the new setting of the all-wheel drive prefers front axle much more. Simply put, the new GR Yaris behaves even more like a front-wheel drive car. What does this mean? When exiting an oversteer, the car leaves the track with the front wheels. It doesn't matter if you have the gas on the floor and all four wheels dig in or if you add smoothly. The car just noses to the side and out of the corner. This is unfortunately a big step back for us :( </video> <video> Caterham Seven 340R - Is there enough power for Nordschleife? 👀 Description: Caterham Seven 340R is ready for trackdays straight from the factory. Mainly thanks to the roll cage. But is the Ford Duratec 1999cc, 4-cylinder, NA engine powerful enough for the long climbs on the Nordschleife? To be honest, there is not so much power to spare. So as a driver you have to make up for this elsewhere. It is in the late braking points and technical passages where 340R immediately catches up with others. This can be great fun for some drivers, but the other way around for the others - you get passed by an ordinary Cayman on every straight :) That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience with the 340R on the Nordschleife! </video> <video> Caterham Seven 485 Final Edition - Race Car Feel! Description: The Seven 485 Final Edition is the top of the best you can currently buy from Caterham in the EU. A total of only 60 cars will be produced and we drove a pre-production prototype in a sensational custom ruby ​​metallic paint. This car is special in many ways. It rides on 13" semi-slick Toyo, the Bilstein dampers are manually adjustable, the transmission and differential are tuned specifically for this model, and the engine peaks at an incredible 8,500 rpm. Every movement of the steering wheel, gear shift or pedals is a special experience. Everything is ultimate, precise and intense! </video>
