Description

The Craig’n’Dave YouTube channel provides students and teachers with ad-free videos covering the knowledge required for every bullet point of the GCSE and A level specification for Computer Science. Unlike other channels, these are not generic computer science videos. They are bespoke to the specification with different videos for each exam board, AQA, Cambridge, OCR and Pearson Edexcel.

Ideal for flipped classroom teaching, videos allow students to be prepared ahead of their lesson by learning the subject content at home. A handy “take notes” icon on some slides prompts the student to pause the video and take Cornell notes. This scaffolding is removed at A Level to prepare students for university.

Narrated by teachers with over twenty-five years’ experience in secondary classrooms, Craig and Dave both have a degree in computer science, experience in the industry, and an expert knowledge of the subject and pedagogy.
