It was permanently shutdown on January 30th, 2007. • I asked Jonathan to share what bought about him to visit to Australia's OPAL reactor, currently the best performing research and medical isotope reactor in the world. • Jonathan attended the OPAL site with some VIP international industry guests and after that experience, he noted his VIP peers were blown away; and that some of them said they "thought I was told Australia didn't have a nuclear capability.
