This week I have for you an inspo/ideas tutorial! One of the common frustrations/challenges that I hear polers express, is how to put together their own combos. Sound familiar? I struggled with this at one time too. You are not alone! One of the ways that I've found fluidity and inspiration in creating combos is by picking one or two moves/shapes for a training session and then playing around with it to see how many different entrances and/or exits I can come up with or remember for it. So this week I have for you a beginner trick/shape but with transitions for all levels of polers! I've only demoed a handful of the options from the Masthead and since this is a keystone move in pole, there are so many more options. How many of these transitions can you do? On both sides?
