Mixer Bahan A hingga lembut, lalu tambahkan bahan B hingga tercampur rata 2. Tambahkan bahan C ,kocok hingga tercampur rata 3. Tuang bahan D kedalam adonan dan mixer hingga tercampur rata 4. Lanjutkan dengan membuat meringue dengan mencampurkan Bahan E dan mix hingga soft peak. 6. Masukkan meringue ke dalam adonan. Mix hingga rata. 7. Masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan, ratakan, oven dengan suhu 180° C selama api atas bawah selama 30-40 menit. 8. Setelah selesai dipanggang, maka butter cake telah siap. Bahan White Ganache 125 gr Elmer Compound White Classic 100 gr Fresh Cream 10 gr West Land Butter Blend Cara Membuat: 1. Campur semua bahan, lelehkan, dan aduk hingga menjadi white ganache.
