I have led this meditaiton with groups of hundreds of people many times and have seen some of the biggest transformations. I have been in groups where we practiced it daily for 30 minutes with remarkable effects. The concept is that anger is an energy in the body. We want to release the anger by blaming others. They are wrong and I am right. This makes us feel good. We can release the anger much more effectively if we focus on making sound and movement. The sound is any sound you do not understand such as Blah blah blah. The movement can be stamping feet, waving hands etc. Do this for 2 minutes to begin with to get comfortable and then increase to 10 minutes. The effect after 10 minutes is amazing.
