This is The Shesrwater Piano by @imagiromusic, just lovely. I adore the gentle tape wobble you can dial in. The background texture you hear is the piano being processed in real time by @qubitelectronix Nautilus and Data Bender, @intellijel Sealegs, and the ever enigmatic Cocoquantus by @ciat_lonbarde. The low rumbles were made on the orange box to my left, the @somasynths Lyra-8. </video> <video> Eternity in an Hour: @lesjamusic Breaks Down His Proms Performance Rig Description: My mentor and partner-in-crime Nick Lisher (@lesjamusic) breaks down all of the gear he used to make the magic in my latest work Eternity in an Hour. The piece premiered September 4th in London as part of the BBC Proms Festival. Nick and I both played a myriad of electronic instruments onstage ( I also conducted). In addition to playing Nick was responsible for all of the live audio manipulation, brilliantly transforming the piano, the choir, and the strings. I have learned SO much from Nick over this past year -- he is as brilliant a teacher as he is a musician.
