Dose:
The total dosage of our emulsifier DIKO SOL50 to make silicone emulsion is 10-15% depending on the concentration of the active silicone oil used.

Method of use:

1] Take 20 kg Silicone Oil 350 Cst.
2] Now add 10 kg Silicone oil emulsifier DIKO SOL50 to it.
3] Mix the solution well using a good stirrer of 1500 rpm .
4] Now add 2 kg water and stirr for 5 mins.
5] Now add 5 kg water and stirr for 10 mins.
6] Now add 10 kg water and stirr for 10 mins.
7] Keep adding water step by step upto 100 kg total while stirring continuously.
8] You will notice a good milky white silicone emulsion is formed. 
9] We have prepared a 30% Solid Silicone Oil Emulsion which can be used in various applications as per the requirement.

Product Description:

After years of extensive research , Fenton Chemicals has come up with excellent Acid Thickener FX T-20 especially used in the manufacturing of Toilet Cleaners .
FX T-20 very effectively thickens Hydrochloric Acid at a very low dosage of 1.8% - 2.5% . It also gives long term viscocity and provides 90% Corrosion Inhibition in HCl Acid . Our Thickener       FX T-20 is a synergistic blend of Ethoxylates and Quats which gives excellent thickening and disinfectant properties.

General Characterstics :-
• Appearance @ 25 Deg C  - Yellow to Brownish Viscous Liquid
• Chemical Description - Ethoxylated Amines 
• Moisture - 1% Max
• Active Content - 99% Min
• Density - 0.90 Approx

Special Features 
• Easy Dispersion in aqueous systems.
• Works at very low dosage of 1.8%  to 2.5 %.

Instructions for Use    
• Hydrochloric Acid ( HCl ) should be of 33% Purity Min and should be Iron Free.
• HCl Acid should not be very dark yellow in colour.
• Wear Safety Masks and Gloves during manufacturing of Toilet Cleaner.
• Use only Acid Stable colours , for example use Acid Blue for blue color.

Procedure for Use :-
( For Making 100 kg Toilet Cleaner Batch )
1. First take 68 Kg Water in the reactor.
2. Now add 2 kg FX T-20 in the water and stirr well for 10 minutes.
3. Now while stirring continuously , add 30 kg HCL of atleast 33% Purity.
4. Continue stirring for 10 minutes so that acid thickener gets mixed completely in the solution.
5. Now you can add any acid stable colour as per your choice . 
6. You can adjust dosage of FX T-20 as per the thickness required.

Available in 45 Kg HDPE Carboys

Storage and Handling 
•The product can be stored at ambient temperature for two years .
• Avoid contact with oxidizing agents .
•Do not store above 60 Deg C over prolonged periods 
•The product should always be stirred before use

Product:
Single component emulsifier DIKO EC9 R for Milky white emulsification of solvent C9/ Aromax/ Remax based formulations.

Introduction:

Solvent C9/ Aromax/ Remax is extensively used in agriculture as a carrier solvent in various Pesticide EC formulation, insecticide and fungicide.

Dose:
The total dosage of our emulsifier DIKO EC9 R is 5-10% .

Specifications:-
Appearance: Pale Yellow Liquid.
Solubility: Soluble in most oils and organic solvents.

Method of use:

1] Take 90-92 kg Solvent C9/ Aroma/ Remax which must be free from foreign impurities.
2] Now add 8-10 kg DIKO EC9 R Emulsifier.
3]Continue stirring for 10-15 minutes.You will get transparent clear emulsion.

Note- Normally Water will be added by end user at the time of application.
Dosage depends on the quality of ingredients used .
