Thanks for watching. </video> <video> Ford 10R60 Teardown Description: In this video, i teardown my first 10 speed Transmission called a 10R60, this had shifting issues more than likely due to a bad C-D-F Clutch drum, very common failure with this unit due to a sleeve that moves. Ford had fixed the problem since so this drum is always changed. Everything went smooth with the rebuild and the trans worked real nice on the road test. Of course he told me he would get it done and never did, now a mountain of problems to get this truck running again. Since the drive shaft coupler failed at that point Ford will not fix the Truck for free. We are actually waiting for the last few parts. No Forward Description: In this video, I have a ZF5HP24 with the very common problem of no forward, as we know this is due to a worn pressure regulator valve bore. To prevent this from happening again the lower front casting must be changed out with a new one. </video> <video> 42RLE Teardown Description: In this video, i teardown a 42RLE out of a Jeep Liberty, with a complaint of no reverse, the planetary gearset was destroyed. I was able to get the unit apart and i got the planet set apart too.
