The biscuits, crab cakes and green beans were all from Aldi and costed me less than $10 to make a large meal for two and some leftover! Description: I wanted to try this from a fall shopping trip I did at Trader Joe's and it actually turned out SOOO good! I added some spinach and arugula in there and made some garlic bread on the side and it tasted absolutely delicious and was super fast and easy to make. Description: This is a VERY different shopping trip for me since I was implementing a lot of what I've been learning from the Wahls diet by Terry Wahls' book, "The Wahls Protocol" My main motivation for this is to help my husband reverse some of his MS symptoms as THOUSANDS of people have said it has helped them with theirs. I'm excited to start this journey but we are starting kind of slow by adding more fruits and veggies.
