Hello! I'm a hypopressives coach, former gynae nurse & founder of the Create Lift Programme ®. I had a grade 2 prolapse after my 3rd baby and hypopressives were the key to my recovery. They helped me get rid of the constant heaviness, bulging and leaking (when I thought surgery was my only option), and I've helped hundreds of women in similar circumstances experience life-changing benefits too.

Hypopressives are now becoming a hot topic in pelvic health and I'm working to bring it to as many women as possible in the UK and worldwide.
