But I don't have the space for a stationary cnc. So I thought about how I could integrate a cnc into my workshop. The solution was that it is mounted on the wall and can be folded down when I need it and folded up again when I no longer need it. I decided on a lever geometry that allows me to have the largest possible processing surface without protruding too far into the room. And I'm really happy with the result. I decided on an MPCNC (Mostly Printed CNC) because I had no experience with CNC until then and the production with the 3D printer was very easy. Maybe I will design and build my own CNC in the future. But until then I can live well with my MPCNC. I hope you like my video and my solution. Description: Last year I made a front door christmas decoration but I made it quick and dirty from wood. It looked great but the problem was, it was really too big for storing. So this year I decide to make a better and storable design for this christmas decoration. So I made it foldable and it can be attached with no screws to the door frame. So I came up with this solution. It came out really well and makes working with the Mostly Printed CNC (MPCNC) much more convenient. I do not assume any liability for damages and injuries! </video> <video> I GROUNDED MY MPCNC SPINDLE Description: Sometimes it was difficult to attach the crocodile clip to some milling bits. Especially on bigger bits where the shaft has nothing for the clip to grab on, like chamfer bits. So I decided to ground the spindle of my Mostly Printed CNC (MPCNC) to get rid of the crocodile clip. My solution has to be working with a 3D Printed Spindle holder, and should not damage the spindle itself. This is my solution to this problem. There are so many concepts of filament storage solution out there. But no one of them fits my needs. So I had to find my own solution. After thinking about it a few days, I found the perfect solution. At least for me. I made a design that uses most of the space of my cabinet and I have access to every spool without moving or restacking the other spools. With my solution a can store up to 28, 1Kg Filament spools. For me the ultimate storage solution. I do not assume any liability for damages and injuries! </video> <video> MAKING A POOL PUMP HOUSING WITH A COOL OPENING MECHANISM Description: Since I made the pool area that looks so nice, I needed a housing for my pool pump. First to protect the pool pump from rain and second because it looks nicer. For the side panels and doors I made wooden frames with slats, the back panel is a whole board and the top cover is made from plywood with a roofing felt on top. To keep the top cover open when I need it, I made a cool opening mechanism. The top just have to be lifted and it stay open in two positions. To close the top I have just to open it a bit further and it can be closed again. I hope you like my over all design and my devlopement of the opening mechanism. Therefore i planned a treasure hunt for her birthday party. A treasure hunt needs of course a propper treasure chest. So i taken a few pieces of pallet wood and made a nice looking treasure chest. It's all made from wood except the hinges, the locking part and some Hardware like screws and nails. The inside is covered with self sticking velvet sheets.
