What's poppin?
I started this channel for a few reasons. Firstly, I found learning about fitness advice and the correct way of doing things to achieve certain results best from watching more causal videos instead of the very in depth explanation videos which tend to get boring after watching them a lot. so hopefully, I can offer some people some good advice and methods of training that are genuinely going to help improve how you go about things in the gym as I know there is a lot of misconception and opinions in the gym community.
Secondly, I really enjoy filming and editing the videos and have an interest in how it all works and continuously learning how to piece together videos to make them more appealing and entertaining to watch. I never want to put any video out that I don't this is acceptable. hence why there is always a need for improvement.
lastly, for me it just works as a digital memory book of what me and my friends get up to and I would want to look back at these days
