Channel Title: LAC AUDIT Channel Description: My channel depicts everyday interactions with police officers who were called by neighbors who appear to believe they own the public roads, and no one has to right to travel or park in their neighborhood. The most common reason for the calls to the police is "SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE". Suspicion is not a crime, and we should all know how to handle police interactions without escalating things and exercising our rights not to answer questions and not have to relinquish our papers. The law matters and police officers need to respect the rights of the people. We the people are the power. <video> Why are you here officer? I care about your safety. STOP LYING! Ok We got a call. Description: Visiting a friend in a neighborhood for the first time and when I was leaving some random guy who claimed to reside at the building asked why I was there. I confronted him and wanted to know the reason for him following me. This guy continued to follow me and exited his vehicle at one point to approach me. I did not exit my vehicle because I did not want to escalate the situation as upset as I was for his behavior. This racist individual decided to play the victim and call the police like all Karen's do. I waited for the police to arrive, and they said I threatened him. At no point did I threaten him but i did warn him to desist from following me any further because I felt harassed and profiled. I distanced myself from him waited for the police to arrive. Enjoy the video I hope some of you can learn something from this. It is never a good idea to identify to police officers and have them create a report. Officers are known to twist reports to favor who they prefer despite getting information to the contrary. Never identify absent a crime, or arrest. Please read the law and try to understand your god given rights and the constitutional rights. The second officer was a total professional and did not lie from the inception and appreciated that.. </video> <video> WE GOT A CALL. So I came, and I brought a helicopter to waste tax payer funds. Description: This officer responded to a call, and I believe he handles it well compared to some of my previous encounters. We need more officers like him on the force who clearly know their boundaries and respect the rights of citizens. For all the people who this I only highlight bad policing I also highlight good policing. I do not believe all cops are bad. However, there are a significant amount of bad cops mixed in with the good ones. It is the responsibility of all citizens to weed them out and fill their spaces with honorable police officers. </video> <video> One Tyrant officer, one good officer and a Karen tried to get me to leave but I stood my ground. Description: Tyrant officer attempted to get my identification because I was parked legally on a street which he claimed was located in a private HOA community however there were no signs at either of the two entrances making the public aware of a possible private road. In Delaware all private roads must be clearly marked so any reasonable person could read and understand it is private. The department is no good just like officer Bullock. I tried to request the body camera videos, 911 dispatch call and CAD communications however they refused to provide it. Karen said "I never said you were breaking the law but we are considering calling the police". When will all law-abiding citizens be left to be free. I was legally parked on a public street not breaking any laws when I was approached by three officers. The first officer made contact and left with his backup. Sometime after two trashy officers decided they could intimidate me and get my identification by fabricating multiple offenses and threatening arrest and physical violence. I will not be intimidated by anyone who utilize the color of law to violate my constitutional rights when I know I am not breaking the law. My rights do not end where the fears of others begin. Officer R Restuccio is an utterly uneducated officer who deserves to be decertified and investigated for prior citations he issued and arrests he made in his career. This officer will stop at nothing to violate your rights and arrest you. God help you if you do not know your rights and have some level of confidence in your knowledge of the law. Officer C Walk is also dirty but sinks less than Retuccio because he only lied about the front tinted windows when it was not tinted, Added, he was chewing gum while speaking, TOTAL UNPREFESSIONALISM. He showed his hand by fabricating a tint offense when he knew there was no tint as the passenger window was up and while he was searching the vehicle with his eyes. After speaking with the Corporal, it definitely appears that shit falls downhill. I am hopeful that the complaints will be investigated thoroughly and both officers get disciplined. DISCLAIMER: The author is aware that the majority of police officer are good human beings and inherently want to do good, however, the purpose of these videos are to expose injustices and highlight behaviors that tend to cause unnecessary harm to law abiding citizens and regular folks who area ignorant of the law and may feel intimidated to submit to tyrannical behavior. </video> <video> Do you suspect me of committing a crime? Officer responds "you tell me". Never surrender the ID. Description: Pennsville NJ police try to intimidate me to provide identification and failed miserably. Respect the rights of citizens who do not break the law. </video> <video> This is how you get a cop to leave you alone in under one minute. NYPD honored their oath. Description: Another neighbor called the cops on me for simply parking on a public street and minding my own business. NYPD fines showed up and honored their oath. Congrats to these two officers. Its not frequent that we see NYPD police officers respecting the rights of citizens however they did in this instance and no ID was requested or presented. </video> <video> Cops show up for all BS calls without vetting. Karen apologetic after. Description: On this day I had some time to burn until my second shift of work started so I decided to park legally and watch at a movie on my phone. Shortly after, a cop showed up and said the famous words "WE GOT A CALL". He claimant someone called about a parked car idling for a prolonged period. My car was not idling. The cop admitted that he observed my vehicle parked there while on patrol and did not approach because I was legally parked. Had I had my car idling he would have observed and verified what the caller said. I was somewhat irritated because people continue to waste police resources on the dumbest shit taking their attention away from real crimes that area getting committed. Karen attempted damage control after and approached the same suspicious car she reported to make things right. See for yourself. With that being said I personally believe the cop had good intentions when he made contact but when he tried to lie about my car parking illegally on the side of the street it showed me that no matter if it is a good cop or bad one, they all have to lie at least once to see if you know the law. </video> <video> Ridgefield NJ cop tries to intimidate me to make a video complaint instead of writing it on paper. Description: He tried but failed. The office clerk initially did not want to give me a complaint form and stated they only have a statement form which is the equivalent of a complaint form and to add insult to injury she said I needed to speak to an officer first, so they know the reason for the complaint. I shut him down and proceeded to write my statement. They would lover to use my video statement against my written statement but not today. </video> <video> INTIMIDATION FAILED! No ID given and they left after the 5th was invoked. Description: LowerSouthThamptonPAPolice: "We got a few calls, so do you have any business in the area?" The first question the Sgt. asked was do I have any business in the area. His job is to be professional and courteous. An example of a better approach would be "Hello sir how are you doing? Is there anything I can assist you with? You are not breaking the law, however, we did receive multiple calls about your presence. You are free to be here and have a good day". Smh, here we go again. Description: Out on a beautiful day working and I get approached by someone who I believe to be a retired cop based on his initial question "Do you have any business here?" How rude! There are better ways to approach someone if you are concerned about their presence in your neighborhood. Remember people, we are all human beings, and we all want some level of respect and to be treated with dignity. I do not mind getting approached, however if you do approach me, start with hello sir how are you? then follow up with I noticed that you have been parked here for a pronged period and I was checking to see if you needed any assistance. Some of you may agree, and some of you will not, but remember this is America, the Land of the free, and no everyone is a criminal that you encounter and we are all allowed to travel and park on tax payer funded roadways. STAY TUNED. </video> <video> 3 POLICE OFFICERS, 2 SQUAD CARS and 1 HELICOPTER later just for a KAREN call. No ID presented. Description: Karen called the police because she had a restraining order in place. I do not know this KAREN nor have I ever worked in this area before. On this day I was working, and my vehicle was parked legally on the side of the street. At no point did I exit my vehicle or break any law. One hour later the police show up and began questioning me also he did not state if I detained when asked. Officer Magee was professional for most of the interaction however he refused to answer when I asked him if I was detained which I consider to be disrespectful and unprofessional. Shortly after, two more officers show up in a second squad car, approached my vehicle and were also mostly professional and respectful. Officer G Capazzi did state I was detained for no crime and just for a call. Ofc Capazzi stated they got a call from someone who has a restraining order in the area. They wanted to know if I was the individual who the restraining order was against or if I was associated with the individual. If the officers had articulable facts and conducted a proper investigation, they should know the name of the individual on the restraining order and have a physical description then left me alone and depart the area knowing it was not me. This Karen caused the city to waste resources because she has a restraining order on file and everyone who stops or parks on that street will now get harassed and approached by officers then questioned. I can imagine if someone who is not aware of their rights get approached by multiple officers with their red and blue lights on would feel intimidated and pressured into identifying and answering questions. I personally will not allow this KAREN to utilize the local police to violate my rights and get me to identify myself if I did not commit a crime or was suspected of committing a crime. I never break the law and will always stand up for my rights. </video>
