Schryver and Ruhrpumpen I EN Description: "This project is a particularly fine example of how to support local companies and yet promote global cooperation." In the state of Nuevo Léon in Mexico a new damn is to be built in record time to ensure the water supply for the metropolitan region of Monterrey. The ten construction companies involved, three piping companies, the steel companies and also the pump manufacturer @Ruhrpumpenpumps all come from the state of Nuevo Léon. Ruhrpumpen has production facilities all around the world. The valves for the pumps are manufactured in Witten, Germany. Schryver International Freight Forwarders @HJSchryver also has close ties between Germany and South America and coordinates the transport from Witten to Monterrey in Mexico. In total, Lufthansa Cargo transported 175 tons in 14 shipments for the project so far. The largest shipment was 23 tons.
