I’m one of the few women scientists in this space, offering a new way to think about health—one that’s grounded in science, but rooted in compassion.

Health isn’t one-dimensional, but today it’s often treated that way. I believe true wellness goes beyond quick fixes and addresses the whole person—mind, body, and heart. Through evidence-based strategies in nutrition, mindset, and self-compassion, I help you take control of your health from the inside out.

At 23, my health hit a breaking point after an international modeling career. That wake-up call pushed me to study nutritional science and build a life dedicated to helping others achieve balanced, lasting health.
