Saute for 1 minute then take off the heat • Give the chicken a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes then put aside Assembly Ketchup Mayonnaise Chopped tomatoes Chopped capsicum Chopped onions Mozzarella cheese Cheddar cheese Olives Egg wash Sesame seeds Kalonji • Preheat your oven to 250°C (both top & bottom heating) • Place a baking sheet at the very bottom of the oven touching the metal • Punch the dough & make four balls out of it. Let them rise covered for 10 minutes • Flour a clean kitchen counter and put your dough ball on it. Preheat your grill pan or panini press. 2. Season the chicken breasts with National Chicken Tikka Masala & lemon juice. 3. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness. 4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly. 5. Brush prepared sauce onto one side of each slice of bread. 6.
