We were visited by Toby Bradley of Laser-Scanning who have been tasked to produce accurate models of the 3 fuel tank bays to enable the manufacture of replacement fuel tanks. The process took just over half a day which generated a further weeks work which involved sorting the information into the format required by the fuel tank company. These computer models, together with the original fuel tanks, will ensure accurate replacements can be made. The film was distributed to the fleet in time for the this annual commemoration. A significant amount of the footage used is from the upcoming "Britain's Top Guns - The Fleet Air Arm Story" documentary.
