I attempted to file charges with Sergeant McMillan but he stopped responding. Then the case was transferred to a Detective Corey Bowes # 9142 of the Halton Regional Police Service Professional Standards Bureau who did nothing but send it to another one of Matthew Spina's golf buddies Detective Mark Murray. Who investigated his buddy and decided NOT to press any charges because the deranged man who goes around assaulting people "didn't have criminal intent" ... I can't make this up people... Let's stand up and do something about it. It's in the best interest of the public that this man be held accountable?? Mark Murray doesn't seem to think so though...
