Pastor Roosevelt McClary III sits under the wise and prophetic council of Dr. Paul Bishop and Prophetess Taryn N. Tarver-Bishop. He was given the charge to start his church, Divine Empowerment Church in South Florida by his spiritual covering to be an extension of Life Church in Simi Valley, California.
