Pole Dolls Dance Studio offers a variety of fun and engaging pole dance, aerial fitness and dance classes to suit every shape, size and fitness level. We aim to break common misconceptions about pole dancing through breakthrough performances and serious training and seek to reshape pole dancing from mere trick exhibition into an elegant mixture of dance and athletic skills.
Our instructors come from various professions and different dance backgrounds, all united with a commitment to fitness, aesthetics, and creativity. They continually challenge themselves to push their own limits in the name of pole and aerial arts, fitness and dance.
