She had a palpable axillary lymph node, however PETCT showed no FDG uptake in the node. Hence a sentinel lymph node biopsy was sent which came out to be negative. This video demonstrates the standard management of carcinoma breast with discussion on anatomy of the breast and marking for oncoplastic breast surgery. Grisotti flap is a dermoglandular rotational advancement flap based on lateral perforators that are very robust, hence it seldom fails. This patient was diagnosed with M1 disease in February 2024, and has been successfully managed with primary chemotherapy followed by total abdominal colectomy and peritonectomy with HIPEC. Soon the weekly Gurukkul classes will resume to discuss more such cases and their management. These classes will help the post graduates in their exams as well those preparing for MRCS and higher studies. She was posted for adjuvant chemotherapy when it was discovered on metastatic workup that her thyroid has a PET avid nodule in the right lobe. Triple assessment was done, and papillary carcinoma thyroid was diagnosed. She underwent total thyroidectomy with central neck dissection.
