Hi, I'm Robin from http://www.cooking-mexican-recipes.com. I grew up in the restaurant business with my family's Mexican Restaurant.
I love showing people how to cook great tasting healthy food. I'm all about reading food labels and knowing what I'm putting into my body as it is so important. I also try to incorporate organic foods, pasture raised 100% grass fed meat, and wild caught fish. I also use the healthiest oils in my cooking and try to use more natural sweeteners in my cooking.
The recipes here are the same ones I eat. I cook for flavor and health. I hope you enjoy them.
