Most likely you need to restart your router to refresh connection for Epic's anti-cheat and other software to connect to their servers. Luckily I still had a bit of warranty left. SecretLab's customer service surprisingly did very well by swiftly getting a new tilt mechanism to me along with additional parts to get it fixed in no time. Definitely a 5-star experience on my end. Upon closer inspection, I uncovered two potential failures you will get sooner or later with your chair's tilt mechanism. First - a broken bolt, this one can be dealt with on the spot by replacing the bolt. The second issue, however, is inevitable and will need the replacement of the tilt mechanism. As mentioned in my earlier videos, all these chairs use generic parts, and it's no surprise that it will fail as it's made to do exactly that. This channel is dedicated to everyday consumer life hassles. We talk about regular consumer goods and services, how to select products properly and save money on them, and of course, avoid scams and money grabs along the way.

I don't go too deep into obvious technical specs, since a lot of it has been published and reviewed by others, instead, my evaluation is based on 3 pillars:
1. Ease of Use - anyone has to be able to use it if they know what this is.
2. Build Quality - product has to be durable and reliable for its life span and adequately sturdy for its method of use.
3. Task Performance - everything is made to complete a certain task, if it fails at its main purpose of existence, why would you buy it?

If my videos help at least one person on the planet make the right choice and save some $, then this channel is a success!
