The installation is part of the work of the National Science Foundation-funded SoCal Heat Hub, which is bringing together an interdisciplinary group of scientists and educators to generate impactful, data-driven solutions for long-term climate resilience in the face of extreme heat in Southern California, and in other coastal regions around the globe..
