Knowledge of peyote stitch would be useful. Materials: size 11/0 and 15/0 cylinder or seed beads, beading thread, #10 beading needle. </video> <video> Bead Weaving Tutorial: 3D Peyote Stitch Oval Link Description: Leslie demonstrates how to use 11/0 and 15/0 size seed beads to create a three-dimensional, two-sided oval link using 10 rows of peyote stitch in the round. These links can be connected to make bracelets, necklaces and other jewelry. This is an intermediate bead weaving project. Knowledge of peyote stitch will be very helpful. Materials: 11/0 seed beads in 3-4 colors 15/0 seed beads size 12 beading needle 6# fireline or other monofilament Leslie is a professional bead artist who has been working withe seed beads for over 20 years. </video> <video> 3D Diamond Link Bead Weaving Tutorial Description: Leslie uses bead weaving techniques to demonstrate how to make a diamond shape in multiple sizes to make a two or three-sided link. The link is created with peyote stitches with specific increases and uses Japanese Miyuki delica beads. Materials: two colors size 11/0 cylinder beads #10 beading needle 6# fireline monofilament Knowledge of peyote stitch and increases in peyote stitch would be very helpful--this is not a beginner project. </video> <video> Bead Weaving Tutorial: Heart Charm with a Beaded Base Description: Leslie demonstrates how to make a beaded heart charm by creating a beaded base, then building up a heart using peyote stitch with increases and decreases. First she shows how to set up the chevron, then how to finish the two ends. One end creates a loop for a clasp. She also shows how to connect the bracelet into a bangle. Knowledge of peyote stitch would be helpful.
