Bradley Miller has been working for his family’s restaurants since 2011 at their original San Diego, California location. One year after their Orlando location’s opening, Bradley moved to Florida in order to join his father and brother to collaborate on making many improvements in Craig Miller's Field House. He was given the opportunity to change many of the bar’s aesthetics, including repainting the bar colors, installing eye-catching lights, bigger and better flatscreens, arcade games and many other changes to draw in more customers. His ideas and positive changes have made a great difference in the restaurant by aiding in increased sales. Approximately 70% of Deaf people are under/unemployed, and 80% have no college degree- this is a critical issue for our community. Many companies and restaurants would benefit from giving Deaf workers the opportunity to prove what they can do and that they are an asset to the team.
