It opened my eyes to the realities of navigating a compromised immune system and the challenges that come with it. Chapters: Introduction (0.00 - 0.40) The Injury (0:41 - 1:15) I'll take you through the initial kitchen accident that led to a cut on my hand, setting the stage for an impending crisis that I didn't see coming. Antibiotic Treatment (1:15 - 3:00) By chance, i went back to the hospital to have my dressings changed and medical professionals identified the septic nature of the injury, forcing me to make the tough decision to undergo antibiotic treatment, despite the consequences on my gut health. Anxiety also set in after Taking the antibiotics which I've struggled to cope with. To try to rebuild my gut, I took lactobacillus Reuteri daily and increased the amount of fermented foods I was eating. Clarithromycin continues to destroy your gut bacteria for 5 weeks. Setback  (3:00 - 3.45) Because I am an idiot I had a further setback on Christmas Day. Despite warnings, I tried to help move a heavy table, resulting in further injury and a setback in recovery time.  Closing (3:45 - 4:30) Sadly, it’s a reality of living with stage 4 cancer that even a minor injury can escalate into a life-threatening situation. Well, guess what? I didn't have time to cover it in that video, but I was also diagnosed with a low T3 thyroid hormone - which is common with a B12 deficiency. Feeling constantly cold, irritable, foggy-headed, and struggling to concentrate? Yep, those were all my unwelcome companions. After some research, I discovered a link between low T3 and B12 deficiencies. But here's the twist: even though I was taking B12 supplements, something else was missing. This time, the culprit turned out to be low stomach acid. Think undigested pills, bloating, food just sitting there – not a fun picture! Turns out, a plant-based diet, while great in many ways, can sometimes be a bit too alkaline-heavy, leading to low stomach acid production, and one really needs to work hard to balance it out to ensure you have sufficient stomach acid! Here's where things got interesting! I embarked on a mission to boost my stomach acid naturally. Bitter became my new best friend: think sauerkraut, dark chocolate (cocoa paste!), bitter melon, green tea, even apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Coffee too (sorry dandelion, couldn't make that work!). But wait, there's more! Protein also plays a key role in stomach acid production and enzyme activity. So, I upped my protein intake to give my digestion a double whammy. And guess what? By October/November last year, my T3 levels went from a sluggish 3.2 to a healthy 5.2 – happy moment! In this video, I share why I am opposed to the Assisted Dying Bill. I think it is unbelieveable that it is ILLEGAL (due to the Cancer Act) for doctors, patients or alternative therapists to talk about the benefits of what they are doing for terminal patients in terms of diet, repurposed drugs and alternative therapies, about how to HEAL cancer. Doctors literally can't talk about all the opportunities that exist on how to heal you, and many doctors don't even know about these possibilities, but they are going to be allowed to help people DIE without giving these people the opportunity to know about how they could get better????? It's unbelieveable and so wrong. A lady in my village came to me with stage 4 cancer and was making plans to check into dignitas (assisted suicide in Switzerland). I said, don't do that just yet, just give what I'm doing a try. She did and now she is no evidence of disease. Literally, people must have the RIGHT to know the opportunity exists before giving them the right to assisted suicide. This Bill is another example of medical doctors constraining the boundaries of debate. Parliament has a duty to look beyond, to the evidence of opportunity to heal, and the fact this information is embargoed. And they aren't doing it because otherwise this Bill would not even exist! </video> <video> My favourite Stage 4 survivors - Joe Tippens: Why I took fenbendazole and why I stopped Description: In this candid video, I share my personal journey exploring an unconventional cancer treatment - Joe Tippens' fenbendazole protocol.
