Description
The Better Policy Project is a macroeconomic policy institution located in Lisbon, Portugal.
Our main mission is to improve the effectiveness of public policy via three avenues: raising public economic literacy, improving analytical frameworks in policymaking institutions and enhancing the communication of policy to the public. We model, develop and teach state-of-the-art frameworks for monetary, fiscal and macroprudential policies.
At The Better Policy Project we are enthusiasts of macroeconomic modeling in open-source software, including Dynare, Julia, Python and R.
