I have been gone the last 6 months supporting the biggest YouTubers as their fractional COO, but I want to make sure I am still able to give advice to all levels of creators.

I am help creators think beyond relying on AdSense and brand deals because that is a recipe for burnout.

You need to diversify revenue streams by:
1) launching and selling your own products;
2) having your own community;
3) taking equity in brand deals....

all with an eye to an exit and an acquisition by a private equity fund.  Creators are the new media companies.

Creators' biggest fear is losing their channel and it usually stems from:  1) copyright strikes and 
2) copyright claims because you have accidentally or intentionally used someone else's IP.

Sometimes it happens when someone else steals your IP and uploads it first, as it happened to my client.

First the Kris Tyson grooming allegations

Then the videos by Dogpack404, his former employee who is alleging that MrBeast:

1) promotes illegal gambling on his live streams 
2) that he encourages minors to gamble with his Feastable chocolate; and 
3) that his videos, contest and competitions are fake.

And then Dogpacks second video where he interviews Jake Weedle another former employee where he talked about his treatment in a test video solitary confinement, where he was unable to sleep in forced to do a marathon treadmill, which ended with his feet covered and blisters and unable to walk for weeks.

Jake was promised $300,000 to do the solitary confinement, but he was never paid.

This all sounds insane.

And then on top of it, all the allegations of inhumane conditions on his Amazon show, Beast Games.

Jimmy is in the fight for his life right now as he is being judge in the court of public opinion.

I believe MrBeast will likely face FTC investigations, and potentially the Nevada DA will probably look at what is happening on his Las Vegas production.
