Oats Veggie Omelette Ingredients: 1. Rolled Oats: 2 tablespoon (30 gm) 2. Carrot: 1 tablespoon (15 gm) 3. Beans: 1 tablespoon (15 gm) 4. Capsicum: 1 tablespoon (15 gm) 5. Onion: 1 tablespoon (15 gm) 6. Tomato: 2 teaspoon (10 gm) 7. Green Chili: 1 teaspoon (5 gm) 8. Egg (white): 2 pcs 9. Coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon (5 gm) 10. Salt: A pinch 11. Oil (refined): 10 ml 12. Proteinus: 1 sachet Procedure: First heat the pan and put rolled oats into it and roast it lightly on a low flame. After that allow the oats to cool down.
