Channel Title: Wanderlust Estate Channel Description: Hello, my name is James and I'm a neuroendocrine brain tumor survivor, And this channel is about a major change in my perspectives on the world that has lead me on a journey chasing a dream of full time travel, which I use RVs and vans to try and make that a reality. This journey began for me by happenstance as I was watching documentaries on Rome here on YouTube and a related video came up titled "I finally did it living in my van 100% of the time now." This video gave me an idea that I felt could let me afford to travel more. So, I saved up money, got rid of my Lexus and big car payment. Bought a van and hit the road in a nearly 12,000 mile, 111 day road trip where I lived and traveled in my van all but 2 nights. This first big road trip has given me the dream of making propetuial travel my permanent lifestyle. I have now after 3 years lived in 2 different RVs and vans. Today I'm back in a van slugging away at making my dream a reality. The Grapevine is notorious for having RVs and vans overheat or lose transmissions. After I make it through the Grapevine climb in my class A RV, I stop of in Fontana, CA for the Fontana 400 NASCAR event. This was my first NASCAR experience and I was invited and given both an infield pass and pit pass. To be honest I think my favorite part may of been the pre-race experience I got while there. Certainly a nice way to have my first NASCAR experience. A big thank you to Nomadic Fanatic for having provided me with the entry passes. During the race I was rooting for Kyle Busch who ended up making a huge come back to place 14th despite having to start last, getting a flat tire and spinning out a couple of times falling 4 laps behind. He gave me a local's tour of San Diego which was a great pleasure for me for sure. In Today's Full Time RV living video I show you the last stages of setting up my new BlueOx flat tow setup which I finished in the nick of time. Just as I was wrapping up my towing setup a forest fire started from an explosion just over the hill from me. The police ended up evacuating me from the property I was on because the forest fire was directed towards the area I was staying in. What was suppose to be a relaxing evening after getting my tow plate and tow bar set up turned into a rush flat tow excursion of 60 miles. Check out how things ended up playing out.
